Aaron Yan Shoots Down Rumours That He Had A Crush On Jiro Wang; Says It’s Something That "Has Not Happened" Since "The Big Bang"
The relationship between the two former Fahrenheit members has been frosty for a long time.
Taiwanese boyband Fahrenheit may have disbanded in 2012, but the relationship between the four members are still talked about today.
It didn’t help that Aaron Yan, 35, didn’t hold back in this 2020 interview, where he shared that he is not in contact with the rest of his former bandmates, Calvin Chen, 40, Jiro Wang, 40, and Wu Chun, 42.
Recently, Aaron shot a video with a Taiwanese YouTuber, where they went through their hate comments together.
One of the comments Aaron responded to was this one from a netizen, who shared that they “can never tell Aaron and Jiro apart”.
Displeased, Aaron retorted: “You must be blind.”
However, that one comment pretty much opened up the floodgates for other netizens to leave comments speculating about the strained relationship between Aaron and Jiro.
One netizen took the opportunity to stir the pot by writing on Aaron’s Facebook page: “Actually, you once liked [Jiro] right…”.
Aaron then shot back: “Since the Big Bang happened, something like that has never happened , a clear sign that he has had enough of such speculation.
Aaron and Jiro have long been rumoured to be at loggerheads with each other. One theory brought forward by netizens for their frosty relationship is that Aaron has always had a crush on Jiro, who turned down his advances.
In 2018, Aaron was outed after a scorned ex-boyfriend went to the media with pictures of Aaron allegedly cheating on him with other guys.
