Class 95 DJ Justin Ang shown middle finger by another driver on the road; owner of the car contacts him to say…
You know that feeling when you're making your way to work but you meet some unnecessarily rude person on the road who completely ruins your morning?
Class 95 DJ Justin Ang of The Muttons is very familiar with that.
Yesterday (Oct 3), the 41-year-old took to Instagram Stories to share about a nasty encounter while driving.
"Never posted my own car cam footage before. But. Just came across this upstanding guy. Judge for yourself," he ranted.
In the video, which was taken from Justin's perspective, he was driving down a road when a car attempted to cut into the lane he was in.
Instead of politely signalling that he wants to make a turn, the "upstanding" driver showed Justin his middle finger.
"Just stunned. Not angry. For his sake. Hope he puts his finger to better use one day," said Justin in his next story. He also added that many of his followers messaged him to express their surprise at the driver's behaviour.
As angry as Justin was, he did have one request from his followers.
"Please, no doxxing. No need to find out who he is. Just know that there are people like that out there smearing the names of all the good courteous drivers," he wrote.
"Most importantly, let's all try to keep cool. No one like this is worth a moment of rage or anger," he said.
Preach.
There's a plot twist, though.
In a post on Facebook, The Muttons clarified: "The owner of the car has reached out. Unfortunately, it's her relative who borrowed the car earlier today. Not her fault, she's certainly not responsible for his actions."
"Please don't react negatively if you see this car ok? Sadly, we don't choose the people we're related to," they quipped.
