Hacken Lee Is Still Sore About Not Getting Invited To An Awards Show Many Years Ago

Hacken Lee, 54, is one of the most critically-lauded singers in Hongkong, sweeping numerous awards throughout his 37-year career. However, he recently revealed in a recent interview that award ceremonies aren't as enjoyable as they appear to be.

"When you get an award, it's fun. When you don't, you would go home doubting yourself, thinking "Oh, God," he said. 

He was probably thinking... bojio?

Hacken went on to share that not winning is not the worst. What's even more upsetting is not getting invited at all. 

"You don't even get a chance to go, that's the saddest thing. And that happened to me before," lamented the singer.

"There was one year no one invited me, my family members didn't dare bring it up because they were afraid that I wouldn't get to go. In the end, I really didn't get the chance to attend."

He probably still has more awards than many singers though
