Recently, a netizen shared a video of Yuen Wah showing his moves in a martial arts gym.
In the clip, Yuen Wah, who sported a grey beard and ponytail, executed a move called a kip up. First he laid down on the carpet, rolled his knees to his head before kicking them up and deftly standing up.
He's still got it
Netizens were super impressed with the actor's fitness and agility.
There were comments like "Are you for real?”, "With waist strength like this, it's no wonder Bruce Lee used him as a stunt double when he was young” and "I am 18 and I can’t flip over like that”.
Need we remind you again that Yuen Wah is 70?
