Moses Chan Stopped Getting Intimate With His Wife Aimee Chan When He Shot His Latest Drama For Fear Of Spreading COVID-19
By now, it’s pretty well-known that Hongkong actor Moses Chan, 50, is really, really, COVID conscious.
One of the anti-COVID measures that he adheres strictly to include keeping his mask on at all times, even when he’s the only one who’s all masked up at public events.
The actor previously revealed that he takes such ‘extreme’ measures as he hopes to keep his wife, Hongkong actress Aimee Chan, 40, as well as their three kids, sons Aiden Joshua, seven, and Nathan Lucas, five, and daughter, Camilla, four, safe.
And now, the actor, who’s currently shooting upcoming TVB drama, titled Forty-Two Sutras, has revealed one other measure he takes to remain COVID-free.

No mask, no service
When the media visited the actor on set, it was noted that Moses made sure to put on his mask immediately every time a scene wrapped up.
While resting, the actor also ensured that he was appropriately distanced from the rest of the cast and crew as well.
“There’s a lot of people during filming, and since I can’t control the crowd, I have to be more careful. Especially since I have a lot of kids at home, even when I sleep at night, I wear my mask… It’s only through these [measures] that I can ensure that they are safe and I can be at ease,” he said.

Let's not get intimate, please!
Moses then went on to say that apart from wearing his mask even at night, he also makes sure to be appropriately distanced from his wife. And yes, that includes not getting intimate with Aimee at all.
When the media teased the actor, remarking that it must be hard for him to resist the gorgeous Aimee, Moses laughingly replied: “It’s okay, it’s temporary anyway.”
In any case, filming for Forty-Two Sutras has wrapped, so we know what that means for the couple.

Sneaking a small life lesson in
In other related news, Moses was also asked to share his thoughts after losing out on his fifth Best Actor award at the recent TVB Anniversary Awards.
He said: “Life is important, but it’s not only about the awards. Winning awards is equal to a few pats on one’s shoulder as a form of encouragement. Not winning awards does not mean that the drama is not good ‘cos you still have to go through many challenges later, so don’t feel relaxed, and don’t feel discouraged."
"Being an artiste is just like being human, you have to have patience, perseverance and faith, and I will teach my kids the same things too. You have to be even better at letting go of things, working hard, and playing hard,” he added.
