Netflix Renews Korean Zombie Series All Of Us Are Dead For Season 2

It’s official: All of Us Are Dead, Netflix’s Korean zombie series will be back for another round of mayhem.

The streaming service confirmed All of Us are Dead Season 2 at its Geeked Week showcase, an event highlighting new and returning series. Based on Joo Dong-Geun’s webtoon Now at Our School, the zombie horror series follows a bunch of teens battling an army of the dead that has overrun their school.

The series dropped in January and became one of the streamer’s Top 10 non-English shows of all time and its second-most successful Korean-produced show, after last year’s Squid Game.

Other Asian horror announcements include Season 2 of Japan’s Alice in Borderland (due December 2022);  and Thailand’s School Tales the Series (release TBA), an eight-part anthology — based on the 2017 film School Tales — that promises (per Variety) scenes of violence, sex, sexual violence, bad language, substance abuse, and suicide.

Geeked Week runs all this week on YouTubeTwitterTwitchFacebook and TikTokVisit GeekedWeek.com for all the details.
