Old pic of Liu Yifei & Jimmy Lin gets netizens swooning over how they've barely aged over the past 20 years

We've seen many stories of celebrities ageing like fine wine but this newly-surfaced old photo of Taiwanese actor  Jimmy Lin, 48, and  Chinese actress Liu Yifei, 35,  from two decades ago really got us wondering what secret elixir they're using to stay  this  youthful.  

Do the stars — like Yifei's  Xiao Long Nü character in  The Return of the Condor Heroes  —  sleep on ice beds? Or is it just the case of better make-up/skincare/diet and a pact with some Peter Pan fairy?

Recently, a netizen shared an old picture of Jimmy and Yifei, who acted as a couple in 2003 period drama Demi-Gods and Semi-Devils, taken during an interview 20 years ago.

"Who knew I'd find such a pleasant surprise while spring cleaning over the weekend," enthused the netizen, who was interning as a reporter when he met the stars.

After the pic went viral, netizens were simply in awe of how Jimmy and Yifei barely aged at all, with one commenting that they "really couldn't see any difference [between then and now]".

"I'd believe it if you told me these pics were taken today!," said one netizen while another quipped: "Did the two of them eat preservatives?".
