OG Singapore Idol Taufik Batisah recently shared on social media that he has said goodbye to his home of 12 years — a Jurong West maisonette that he’d bought with all his savings back then.
In the same post, he’d added a line at the end asking his followers to guess where he would be moving to.
And now, it’s time to reveal the answer.
The 39-year-old revealed on Instagram yesterday (Oct 27) that he’s officially an “Eastsider” now.
Truly grateful for our new humble abode in the East. I’ve stayed in the West my entire life & now I'm on the opposite side of our little island,” he wrote.
Though Taufik did not share a full house tour, netizens were more than satisfied with a glimpse of the gorgeous view from Taufik’s living room.
As the camera pans to the windows, a large expanse of greenery and lush trees can be seen. The camera then pans further to the right, revealing a pool.
Netizens commented that it appears that Taufik has moved into a condominium located near Loyang. They also commended Taufik, who is a certified real estate agent, on finding such a gem.
