Thai Actor Krist Perawat Involved In Road Accident That Left His Porsche Overturned
Videos of the SOTUS actor, who thankfully is not seriously injured, getting out of his car have gone viral.
Thai actor Perawat Sangpotirat, better known as Krist, was involved in a car accident which left his white Porsche overturned in the middle of the road yesterday (Dec 1).
According to reports, Krist, 26, had lost control of his car and it flipped over. He hit his head but thankfully was not seriously injured.
Videos and photos of the overturned car went viral on social media yesterday, shocking fans.
In a 90-second video, Krist could be seen being helped out of the vehicle by a passer-by, while another helped to direct traffic.
Though the actor looked to stunned, he didn’t appear to be injured and could walk on his own. He was later taken to the hospital for treatment.
A few hours later, Krist posted an update on Instagram apologising for the accident and the inconvenience caused.
He said he was not seriously injured and thanked everyone who helped him. He also resolved to drive carefully in future.
He added that he would continue with his appearances as scheduled, including the press conference for a new GMM TV drama that night, and would update everyone about the accident another time.
Krist shot to stardom with his role as a domineering senior in the 2016 gay drama SOTUS: The Series. The character has not only earned him legions of fans in Thailand, but also across Asia.
