Trailer Watch: Freaked Out By The First Cats Trailer? Good, Here’s Another One

Is it because the cats look too much like humans or that the humans look too much like cats? Either way, it’s the stuff nightmares are made of. Now, a gazillion memes later, comes another trailer.

This time, there’s more catty action — mostly them dancing — from Tom Hooper’s adaptation of the Andrew Lloyd Webber musical, which reportedly cost £230 million (US$298 mill or S$405 mil),

And judging from the feedback, people are still freaked out by it. For starters, why do cats have human breasts? (Er, because they're played by humans?)

In the US, Cats has the cajones to face off that little indie arthouse movie called Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker, both opening Dec 19. Here, Cats is smart enough to steer clear of The Force by opening a week later, on Boxing Day.
