TVB Actor Lee Kwok Lun, 67, Breaks Down In Video Saying That He’s Homesick & Misses His Mum’s Cooking
TVB actor Lee Kwok Lun hasn’t had the easiest time lately. He was crowned the “worst celeb e-commerce streamer” after his lackluster performance on an eight-hour live broadcast.
When Kwok Lun posted a video of himself crying about how homesick he is on Douyin, some thought that the hate had finally gotten to him.
“I really miss home. I want to have a meal with my mum and eat what she cooked,” he ranted tearfully before stuffing his face with food and wiping away his tears.

He tricked us all with his acting chops
It turns out Kwok Lun wasn't throwing himself a pity party.
He told Chinese media that this was his attempt at a viral video trend where one has to cry within a second while telling an emotional story.
Netizens who really thought that Kwok Lun was depressed then praised him for his acting chops.
He also discussed being labelled the “worst celeb e-commerce streamer”, saying that he would “carefully pick the type of stuff to sell” if he was given another chance at live streaming and that he would “never do an eight-hour stream again”.
