Malaysian actor Frederick Lee, brother of Christopher Lee, engaged to girlfriend of 10 years

Christopher Lee and Fann Wong are getting a sister-in-law. On Tuesday (Jan 2), Chris' younger brother, Malaysian actor Frederick Lee, took to Instagram to announce that he's engaged to his girlfriend of ten years, Jess, who reportedly works in IT. 

"I say hey… She said ’yes‘ … In the new chapter of our lives, let us write (our stories) together," gushed the 47-year-old actor in his caption.

He also added the hashtags "walking forward hand in hand", "let's continue compromising" and "let's keep being each other's motivation to make our lives better". 

According to Malaysian media, Frederick and Jess' decade-long relationship was put to the test when Frederick moved to Taiwan to pursue his acting career eight years ago.

The actor once professed his love for his now-fiancee, saying: "Thank you for your patience and understanding which allowed me to focus on my career entirely."

From the group photo Frederick posted, it could be seen that Chris and Fann, as well as their nine-year-old son Zed, were at the engagement as well.
